The DJ known as “The First Lady of House” Kate Monroe, was in New Zealand to play the closing night party of Gay Ski Week, ‘Oh, What a Circus!’.
One of Sydney’s hardest working and most requested DJs, Kate is regular at Mardi Gras, played the Sydney Opera House on New Year’s Eve and is a resident at Darling Harbour’s legendary Home nightclub. As 3D World magazine put it, “In a city flooded with electro-house wannabes, Monroe is unafraid to forge her own sound.
