Prosecutors have laid an additional Twelve new charges against the alleged Club Q shooter bringing the total number of charges to 317.

Anderson Lee Aldrich, the individual accused of opening fire in a Colorado Springs LGBTQ+ bar, Club Q, on the 19th of November, is now facing more charges following their actions that took five lives and injured many more.

The new motion, which prosecutors filed on Monday, the 9th of January, will now see the defendant facing new charges of murder, attempted assault, and bodily injury with a deadly weapon, to name a few.

According to court documents, the new additional charges have been filed as a result of the ongoing investigation into the horrific shooting.

Aldrich is due to make another appearance in court for the hearing set on Friday, the 13th of January.
