The Rainbow New Zealand Charitable Trust is excited to announce our annual fundraising campaign is right around the corner! This peer-to-peer funding platform is more important than ever. GiveOUT Day brings together Aotearoa’s Rainbow charities under one funding umbrella and allows your donation to be DOUBLED thanks to a pool of ‘Match Funding’.
The first GiveOUT Day was held in 2022, raising $57,000 for rainbow communities across Aotearoa. In 2023, that number increased to $80,000. You can help others this year by joining GiveOUT Day and donating to support rainbow communities.

The current economic climate has seen the Trust receive more community grant applications and enquiries than ever. “The need in the community is at an all-time high; we are doing as much as we can; it’s vital people support GiveOUT Day this year, no matter what the level of donation, it all helps”, says co-chair Gurv Singh-Leask
Generous sponsors and supporters: Kiwibank, Southern Cross Health Society, Z Energy, ISS Facility Services, Aurecon, Good Numbers and AUT have come together again, creating a pool of almost $25,000 in match funding. Match funding means any donation you make will be doubled until this sponsorship money has been exhausted.

A dozen LGBTQIA+ charity organisations from all corners of Aotearoa have joined this year, meaning you can really make a difference to your favourite organisation. Your donation, no matter how big or small, will double in value for these charity organisations.
GiveOUT Day 2024 will go ‘live’ at a glittering launch event on November 7 at Nectar in Kingsland. Everyone is welcome, so grab a ticket. They are a steal at $20, and all profits will go to GiveOUT Day.
