The most popular kinks in every U.S. state have been unveiled, with one particular fetish maintaining its stronghold across the country.
Clips4Sale (C4S), the world’s largest kink and fetish platform, released its 2025 Fetish Map of the United States on Wednesday (12 February), offering insight into the nation’s growing interest in fetish content.
For the second consecutive year, ‘giantess’—a fetish known as macrophilia, where individuals are aroused by the idea of a towering woman—was the most dominant across the majority of states. This trend mirrors findings in the U.K., where ‘giantess’ was the most searched-for kink in Europe last year.
Closely trailing behind was “vore”, a related fantasy that involves the idea of being consumed by a giantess. Together, giantess and vore reign supreme in 14 U.S. states.
Fetish Trends on the Rise Across America
Other rising kinks include ‘wrestling’ and ‘tickling’, both of which have seen significant growth in search volume. States such as Florida, Texas, and Washington showed a particular interest in tickling.
Meanwhile, more niche preferences emerged in certain areas:
- ‘Ballbusting’—a fetish involving impact or pressure on the testicles—was the most popular in Connecticut and Illinois.
- ‘Pantyhose’ searches dominated in New Hampshire and Ohio.
C4S also noted an overall surge in fetish exploration, with the number of Americans searching for kink-related content on the platform nearly doubling in the past year.
A Shift in Power Dynamics?
Avery Martin, a spokesperson for C4S, commented on the growing trends, stating: “We’ve seen tremendous growth not only in giantess and vore fantasies, but also chastity, ballbusting, and pegging. While there’s a public resurgence of masculine energy, privately, men are fantasising about powerful women.”
“It may be alphas in the streets, but it’s beta in the sheets.”
The findings follow C4S’ previous report on Europe’s top-searched kinks, which also revealed some surprising trends.
