Pride in London 2025 brought vibrant colour, joyful energy, and community spirit to the streets of the capital on Saturday, as tens of thousands turned out for the UK’s largest LGBTQ+ celebration.

The parade officially began at midday under cool and cloudy skies, but the weather didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the crowd. Dancers, performers, and supporters filled the streets, waving rainbow flags and showcasing a powerful message of inclusion and pride.

Organisers estimated that more than 30,000 people from over 500 organisations participated in this year’s march, making it one of the most widely attended Pride events in recent memory.

The colourful procession made its way from Hyde Park Corner through central London, eventually arriving at Whitehall, where cheers and celebrations continued well into the afternoon. Spectators lined the route, many dressed in rainbow-themed outfits and waving flags in support of the LGBTQ+ community.

This year’s Pride campaign, “Volunqueer”, focused on recognising the essential role of volunteers within the LGBTQ+ movement. The theme aimed to spotlight those who donate their time, talents, and resources to help drive progress and support equality, both at Pride and throughout the year.
