Spider-Man star Tom Holland has proven once again that he can set hearts racing without even trying — this time by braving an icy plunge that’s heating up the internet.

Appearing in an episode of Icebreakers for Men’s Health UK, the No Way Home actor took the plunge at the Bero Padel Classic — an event hosted by his non-alcoholic beer brand. The segment featured a freezing tub, a shirtless host, and Holland in a very wet white T-shirt.

Fitness game turns up the heat

The challenge was a fitness-themed “Smash or Pass” — answer a question, dunk further into the ice bath. Holland admitted to hating burpees but powering through them, and teased a sauna session afterwards. However, it wasn’t the workout talk that stole the spotlight.

By the game’s end, Holland and the shirtless host were both dripping wet, and his clingy white T-shirt left little to the imagination, showing off the physique that earned him a Men’s Health US cover earlier this year.

“Oh my word, I am absolutely frozen to the bone,” Holland laughed, visible breath hanging in the air. The cold may have numbed him, but his fans were feeling plenty.

From twink to twunk

At 29, Holland’s transformation from a lean, boyish figure to a more muscular build hasn’t gone unnoticed. Fans have jokingly reclassified him from “twink” to “twunk” — with many celebrating the upgrade. His earlier Men’s Health shoot sparked widespread online thirst, and this icy encore has brought it all flooding back.

Social media swoons

Within hours, clips of the segment went viral. Some fans expressed envy of Holland’s partner Zendaya, writing, “We didn’t quite get how lucky Zendaya is until this dropped,” and “Oh Zendaya is eating real good.” Edits and reaction videos quickly spread across TikTok and Twitter, amplifying the moment.

A cold bath, a hot topic

Whether intentional or not, Holland’s off-screen antics continue to capture attention, giving fans a mix of charm, humour, and a little skin. If this ice bath stunt is anything to go by, Tom Holland won’t be cooling off in the public imagination anytime soon.
