JD Vance Shares Trump’s Odd Shoe Size Comment at Holiday Party

US Vice President JD Vance has raised eyebrows after revealing a peculiar and personal anecdote involving Donald Trump at a White House holiday event — where the former President made a not-so-subtle comment about penis size based on shoe measurements.

While standing beside his wife at a festive gathering hosted for actor Sylvester Stallone, Vance told guests that one of the memorable perks of his role was access to candid, behind-the-scenes moments.

“Sometimes [as vice president], you get these behind-the-scenes moments that I will never, ever forget for the rest of my life,” he began.

Vance went on to recount a meeting that took place in the Oval Office, where Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and another unnamed politician were present. During the conversation, Trump reportedly criticised their footwear, joking they had “sh**ty” shoes and offering to buy them replacements from a catalogue.

“He says, ‘Marco, what’s your shoe size?’ And Marco’s apparently an 11 and a half. He says, ‘JD, what’s your shoe size?’ My shoe size is 13. I asked this politician, who I won’t embarrass, what his shoe size is, and he says, ‘seven,’” Vance recounted.

That’s when Trump made the suggestive remark.

“The president leans back in his chair and says, ‘You know, you can tell a lot about a man by his shoe size,’” Vance said, adding with a grin, “We won’t ask the Second Lady for comment on that particular topic.”

The story adds to a long history of Trump making public or private references to the size of men’s genitalia — including his own. In the 2016 Republican primary, Trump famously responded to Rubio’s jab about his hand size with:

“He referred to my hands — if they’re small, something else must be small. I guarantee you there’s no problem. I guarantee it.”

In 2024, Trump also bizarrely commented on golfing legend Arnold Palmer, claiming he was well-endowed.

Meanwhile, Stormy Daniels, the adult film actor who alleged an affair with Trump, once described him as having a “smaller than average” penis.

For better or worse, Trump’s fixation on size continues to surface in political and social circles — and now, apparently, in holiday party speeches.
