Troye Sivan Reveals His Almost-OnlyFans Side Hustle

Troye Sivan has revealed he once seriously considered starting a feet-focused OnlyFans when a music video budget was running short — until brand money came to the rescue.

Troye Sivan apparently came surprisingly close to adding “foot content creator” to his résumé.

Fresh from releasing his new album She’s the Best, the openly gay Australian pop star has revealed that he once considered launching an OnlyFans account dedicated entirely to his feet to help fund a music video.

“One time when we were tight on budget for a video I genuinely considered making a feet OF,” Sivan wrote on Instagram.

The plan, however, never made it past the brainstorming stage.

“Then we got brand money.”

Crisis averted. Depending on which corner of the internet you ask.

‘I love selling my body to get streams’

The revelation came via Sivan’s private secondary Instagram account, @royeriban, where the singer has previously told fans he posts “with abandon”.

While promoting his new music, Sivan also joked that he loves “selling my body to get streams” — a fairly accurate summary of the increasingly steamy visual era surrounding She’s the Best.

The 31-year-old has been sharing suggestive images alongside material from new track “FF”, one of the songs on the 13-track album released on 9 October.

And while the OnlyFans idea never materialised, feet are hardly unfamiliar territory on Sivan’s social feeds.

When promoting his private Instagram account earlier this year, he included a foot photo, while a more recent beach post was captioned simply:

“For my feet community.”

Clearly, he knows his audience.

No OnlyFans — at least for now

Despite the confession, there is no indication Sivan has actually opened an OnlyFans account.

His almost-business venture appears to have been a genuine consideration born from a tight production budget rather than the announcement of a new side hustle.

The story arrives during a particularly playful promotional run for She’s the Best, Sivan’s fourth studio album.

The record follows 2023’s Something to Give Each Other and includes recent tracks including “Party”, “FF” and the title song.

“Party” has already leaned heavily into Sivan’s queer visual language, with its medieval-themed video packed with homoerotic imagery and directed by Gordon von Steiner.

So while subscribers may not be getting premium Troye Sivan foot content anytime soon, the free material is apparently doing just fine.

And somewhere, an accountant should probably be thanking that brand deal.
