Frankie Grande has released his brand-new single “Boys” from his forthcoming debut album Hotel Rock Bottom, enlisting RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Salina EsTitties for a cheeky, queer-infused music video.

The video opens with Grande entering the bar of a sauna and inquiring about the steam room. “It’s open,” replies EsTitties, but she offers a stern warning: “No funny business this time or we’re going to have to close it again.”

The scene quickly heats up as Frankie, joined by actor and trans model Laith Ashley, heads into the steam room holding a giant PrEP pill. Surrounded by scantily clad men, Grande launches into his infectious new anthem, singing, “Boys wanna have a little fun.”

As the temperature rises, the men dance, sweat, and strip down to their bikini briefs, bringing a bold, gay male twist to the energy of “Girls Just Want To Have Fun.” The atmosphere is playful, uninhibited, and full of Pride.

EsTitties returns at the video’s end, too late for the party and stuck with the cleanup—“Sucks to be her!”

Boys is my unapologetically queer twist on a pop classic – because boys just wanna get some!” said Frankie. “I wrote it about a magical trip to Fire Island for Pride where I felt totally free, fierce, and fabulous. This track is a ‘gay Pride’ summer anthem for anyone who’s ever danced all night, kissed under the stars, and lived their truth out loud!”

The video, produced in collaboration with LGBTQ+ sexual health platform MISTR and directed by the platform’s creative director Philip Henry, features lively choreography, high energy, and plenty of skin.

“Boys” follows Grande’s earlier single “Rhythm of Love” and continues to build anticipation for Hotel Rock Bottom, set to drop on 27 June.
