The Auckland Pride Festival and Parade is now looking for enthusiastic, welcoming and community-minded volunteers from all backgrounds with a broad variety of skills.

There are many roles available in which you can apply your expertise, make new friends, and enjoy the Auckland Pride experience!

The Parade Director is currently seeking volunteers for a variety of Parade Marshall positions. These positions have the best view of the Parade! The Parade Crew is a supportive, community-focused team. Parade Marshalls will be required to attend training sessions, including health and safety briefings.

To express interest in these vital Parade support positions, please complete the Parade Volunteer Registration Form, now available on the Auckland Pride Festival website, or email Parade Volunteer Coordinator, Murray Broadmore:

The Festival Director is seeking volunteers in Auckland, and all over New Zealand, to help distribute the printed Pride 2015 programme. Drivers, cyclists and walkers will be needed in mid-January to deliver the programme and posters into venues, community organisations, cafés, libraries, fashion boutiques, music stores, hair salons, and other outlets across Auckland and throughout the country.

If you’re keen to hit the streets with Pride, please email Festival Director, Julian Cook:
