Kid Rock has come out as, well, a bit of an a-hole.
Recently interviewed by The Guardian, Kid Rock has made some rather iffy statements about a whole bunch of things. “I played Barack Obama’sinaugeration even though I didn’t vote for him,” he said. “I didn’t agree with his policies, but there was a sense of change in the air.”
A self identified Republican and avid gun enthusiast Kid says: “If someone invades your house, yeah, you can shoot them.” Great.
And when it comes to LGBTIQ rights…
“As an ordained minister I don’t look forward to marrying gay people, but I’m not opposed to it.”
“If someone says you can’t say “gay” like that you tell them to go f**k themselves. You’re not going to get anything politically correct out of me.”
No, it seems not.
