Grant Allen, one of our favourite gay chefs, caterer and food stylist is opening a cook school on the 21st of this month in Parnell. Classes will be, in Grant’s words, “demos, lots of tastings with the odd glass of wine”.
Tutors will include well-known cooks and chefs from around town and knowing Grant, it’s bound to be a series of super fun and informative evenings.
