Adding greens to your smoothies and sauces is a great way to boost your vegetable consumption. Both these recipes are loaded with anti-ageing antioxidants, powerful nutrients that support liver detoxification and fibre which promotes healthy digestion and elimination. This is a key aspect of health. The healthy fats will help nourish your cells and also help make your skin radiant! Add these recipes into your diet and your body will thank you for it!


Green Smoothie

¼ avocado

2 handfuls of greens

1 stalk of celery

½ banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 serve pea protein

1tbsp oats

1 tbsp flaxseeds

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve Immediately.

Green Dressing

2 Cloves garlic

3-4 tbsp lemon juice

2-3 tbsp olive oil

1 bunch of parsley

1 bunch of coriander

1 bunch of spinach

1 large avocado

Salt and pepper

Tsp chilli flakes (optional)

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 7 days
  3. Add to salads, vegetables, pasta, dishes or enjoy as a dip
