Green Smoothie

¼ avocado


2 handfuls of greens

1 stalk of celery

½ banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 serve pea protein

1tbsp oats

1 tbsp flaxseeds

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve Immediately.

Green Dressing

2 Cloves garlic

3-4 tbsp lemon juice

2-3 tbsp olive oil

1 bunch of parsley

1 bunch of coriander

1 bunch of spinach

1 large avocado

Salt and pepper

Tsp chilli flakes (optional)

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 7 days
  3. Add to salads, vegetables, pasta, dishes or enjoy as a dip
