The annual New Zealand Rainbow Excellence Awards will celebrate its fifth year at their 2023 ceremony on Wednesday 27 September. The awards bring together organisations striving to improve diversity and inclusion for LGBTTQIA+ people and celebrate achievements being made in workplace leadership, innovation, best practice, and collaboration.
The finalists are:
ASB Bank Ltd, Aurecon, Downer New Zealand, nib NZ, Les Mills International, MBIE, Blueprint for Learning, Booking.com, Kimberly Clark New Zealand, Foodstuffs North Island, TVNZ, SkyCity Entertainment Group, New Zealand Defence Force, Kāinga Ora, Stantec NZ, Christchurch International Airport, Pride Whanganui, Wellington Zoo Trust, Powerco, and Ventia.
“I am excited to see so many new entrants this year who are really innovating and setting such high standards for other organisations to follow,” Awards organiser Martin King tells YOUR EX.
Finalists also include the ambassadors inspiring those organisations to do better. The 2023 Chrous Ambassadorship Award finalists are:
