On a sizzling Auckland Summer’s Day, Big Gay Out 2024 offered a bright rainbow fair day for all our community.
On Sunday 18 February, the Big Gay Out took over Auckland’s Coyle Park with stalls, DJs, live performances and appearances from some of New Zealand’s most influential politicians.
Big Gay Out organisers Burnett Foundation Aotearoa were delighted with the event’s success.

“We were delighted to see so much queer diversity and people celebrating being themselves and having fun after such a tough year for many,” Chief Executive Joe Rich tells us.
