RuPaul isn’t the only one stepping away from Drag Race Down Under…
TVNZ will not be screening Season 4 of Drag Race Down Under.
Just days after producers World Of Wonder announced that Drag Race Down Under will now be helmed by Michelle Visage and not RuPaul, TVNZ have revealed to YOUR EX that, “TVNZ was not part of the production of Drag Race Down Under and the upcoming season isn’t currently part of TVNZ’s content slate.”
Drag Race Down Under Season 4 is the first Down Under season to not feature RuPaul. It will be hosted and judged by Michelle Visage backed by judges, including Australian comedian Rhys Nicolson and Sasha Colby (winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15).
Drag Race Down Under Season 4 was filmed in Auckland, New Zealand in February, and will still be screened on Stan in Australia, and on the WOW Presents Plus streaming service worldwide.
