With tickets selling out fast, the organisers of Winter Pride 2024 are gearing up for the most spectacular final party ever! Thanks to the event’s new team finalising an outstanding lineup of talent and entertainment, showcasing the fresh direction of Winter Pride and promising an unforgettable night.
An Unbeatable Lineup
Winter Pride has truly outdone itself this year, finalising an incredible ensemble of performers for the final party. Prepare to dance the night away with the energetic beats of Australian DJ Flatline and American DJ Ty Jordan. Adding to the excitement, Australian drag queen and DJ Jimmi the Kween will deliver her unique blend of music and performance, ensuring everyone stays on their feet.
For the first time, Winter Pride will also feature the headline act – the sensational singer Prins, who will be performing with a three-piece band, including a bassist and guitarist, accompanied by a team of backup dancers.
After her electrifying performance, RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under winner Kita Mean will take over as DJ to keep the party going strong. Don’t miss the dynamic performance by singer-dancer Ardon England, who is set to deliver an unforgettable show. Hosting the entire evening will be the charismatic Nova Star, ensuring the energy remains high all night long.
A Bigger and Better Venue
This year, Winter Pride is thrilled to host the final party at the Event Centre, which can accommodate up to 2,000 people. This is a significant upgrade from the Memorial Hall’s 450-person limit, allowing for more attendees to join the celebration. Expect stunning performances from dancers and aerialists that will leave everyone in awe.
Beyond the Dance Floor
The final party on Saturday, 31st August, is the climax of the 11-day Winter Pride festival. The week leading up to it is packed with exciting events, shows, community activities, skiing, dining, and much more. There’s something for everyone, and they can’t wait to share it all with you.
