An anti-LGBTQ+ author and activist has been suspended from a conservative organisation following allegations that he appeared in gay pornography.

The American Federation for Children announced that Corey DeAngelis has been placed on leave after accusations emerged that he featured in videos on the adult film site GayHoopla under the alias “Seth Rose,” including a film titled “Jerk Off Race”.

According to LGBTQNation, “Seth Rose” is a “hot otter” who appeared in at least two videos on the site, which were reportedly released in 2014.

The group confirmed that it is investigating the allegations against DeAngelis and has already removed all references to him from its website.

“This employee has been placed on leave as we look into the matter, and we will not be commenting further,” a spokesperson for the organisation told The Advocate.

DeAngelis is a well-known anti-LGBTQ+ advocate who calls himself a “School Choice Evangelist” and has been vocal in his opposition to teaching LGBTQ+ rights and history in schools. He has argued for redirecting taxpayer money towards private for-profit schools that could operate without government oversight and potentially refuse students based on various criteria.

He is also the author of The Parent Revolution: Rescuing Your Kids from the Radicals Ruining Our Schools.

DeAngelis has made frequent appearances as a commentator on Fox News, where he has argued that public schools focus too much on the “LGBTs” instead of prioritising traditional academic subjects. He recently stated on the network: “It’s just propaganda and a way for the left to control the minds of other people’s children.”

Additionally, DeAngelis is thought to have contributed to the controversial Project 2025 manifesto, which was led by the Heritage Foundation. The policy document outlines proposals for a potential second Trump administration. However, Trump has distanced himself from the manifesto, even calling it “extreme” and “far, far right”.
