Pornhub has released its annual statistics for Transgender Day of Visibility, and the latest figures suggest transgender performers remain more visible than ever on the platform.
Despite an increasingly hostile political climate in the United States, with anti-LGBTQ+ legislation continuing to spread since Donald Trump’s return to office in 2024, transgender adult entertainers have continued to attract strong audiences.
According to Pornhub’s 2026 figures, Emma Rose claimed the number one position for the second year running. Eva Maxim, Ariel Demure and Daisy Taylor also ranked among the platform’s most-viewed trans performers.
The data also offers a closer look at where transgender content is drawing the strongest audiences. In the United States, Alaska ranked first among states consuming the most trans adult content, followed by Louisiana, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Vermont.
Globally, Italy again topped the list as the country with the highest viewership of transgender adult content. Uruguay, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Puerto Rico completed the top five.
One of the more eye-catching findings was the age breakdown. According to the platform’s statistics, baby boomers were the age group most likely to watch transgender videos.
The figures present a striking contrast between public rhetoric and private behaviour, particularly at a time when transgender rights remain under political attack in many parts of the US.
