Heated Rivalry Star Robbie G.K. Turns Up the Heat With Shirtless Summer Snap

It has been another eventful week for Heated Rivalry fans, with Robbie G.K. becoming the latest member of the hit series’ cast to attract attention online.

The actor, who plays Christopher “Kip” Grady, shared a collection of summer photographs on Instagram featuring time with friends and family — alongside a shirtless snap showcasing the physique that helped send the post across fans’ social media feeds.

The update arrived shortly after G.K.’s on-screen partner François Arnaud debuted a steamy new campaign with Under Armour.

Arnaud, who plays hockey star Scott Hunter in the series, was recently named a global ambassador for the sportswear company and stars in its latest HeatGear campaign. The promotional video follows him through a demanding workout as increasingly distracted neighbours watch from nearby.

Together, the two actors are continuing to give fans plenty to discuss months after the first season of Heated Rivalry became a breakout success.

Scott and Kip Remain Fan Favourites

Based on Rachel Reid’s Game Changers novels, Heated Rivalry centres on the romantic and sporting lives of professional ice hockey players.

While much of the series follows rivals Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov, Scott and Kip’s relationship emerged as another major storyline.

Arnaud plays Scott, a closeted hockey captain, while G.K. portrays Kip, an art student who becomes his secret boyfriend. Their storyline culminated in a public declaration that quickly became one of the first season’s most discussed moments. Speaking at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party earlier this year, G.K. revealed that his favourite scenes were not necessarily the programme’s most dramatic.

“I honestly just love the scenes when they’re at the cottage just living their lives. It’s so sweet and Muskoka is so charming. Very Canadian,” Graham-Kuntz says.

He has also expressed interest in seeing more of Scott and Kip’s relationship, saying there was “a whole lot” that could still be explored following the couple’s emotional breakthrough.

Success Opens New Doors for Robbie G.K.

The response to Heated Rivalry has brought G.K. considerably more international attention, leading to magazine appearances, red-carpet invitations and new acting opportunities.

The Canadian performer has previously appeared in Overcompensating, Utopia Falls and Sheriff Country, in which he plays Deputy Chris Whitley.

He is also attached to the psychological thriller Sundowning and Meatballs, a television project inspired by the 1979 summer-camp comedy starring Bill Murray.

While audiences wait to see those projects — and discover what the future holds for Scott and Kip — G.K. appears happy to keep fans entertained away from the screen.

His latest Instagram carousel combines relaxed photographs from his summer with a carefully placed shirtless image that ensured the post would not pass unnoticed.

For Heated Rivalry viewers, it means Scott Hunter and Kip Grady may be off-screen for now, but the actors behind them are showing no sign of disappearing from the spotlight.
