Queer as Folk creator Russell T Davies is back with three new groundbreaking series.
Cucumber, Banana and Tofu will be broadcast in the UK starting Thursday 22 January on three different channels as an adult show, teen-focused standalone stories and a net based web series, respectively. Cucumber follows 46-year-old Henry and his long-term boyfriend Lance in the aftermath of ‘the worst date night in history.’ Banana, will use up-and-coming talent to tell stories from all corners of the GLBT spectrum, while online documentary series Tofu focuses on sex and sexuality relating to the other shows’ storylines.
An NZ screening date has not yet been set.
