Chris Stanley, better known online as StanChris, has broken his silence with a string of social media posts and YouTube videos following his breakup with Survivor and Amazing Race alum Bret LaBelle.
The 25-year-old TikTok and OnlyFans creator addressed the end of their relationship and shared major life updates, including his current relationship status, relocation, and what’s next for him as a content creator.
A Different Timeline
Stanley clarified that he and LaBelle ended their relationship “a few months ago,” a slightly different timeline compared to LaBelle’s public breakup announcement on April 28.
LaBelle, 51, had posted:
“Sometimes love means letting go. Chris and I have shared so many memories, laughter, and growth together, and I will always be grateful for that… the care and respect remain. Wishing him nothing but happiness, love, and success on his journey.”
Stanley explained in a new video:
“Bret and I did break up a few months ago. And, you know, I took some time off, I took a few months to reflect on everything, decompress… and here I am finally making this video.”
Why They Broke Up
In the heartfelt video, Stanley addressed the breakup candidly but respectfully:
“I’m not really here to spill tea, point fingers, or talk about some drama or some scandal… Because nothing really happened,” he said. “We’re still on good terms… We kind of just grew apart slowly.”
He continued:
“We were together for like 4 years. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and that’s OK. I love all the memories… I don’t regret it at all. I wish him nothing but the best, really.”
A Poignant Goodbye
Stanley shared a particularly emotional quote from LaBelle:
“It sucks [that] it took me 47 years to find a relationship this good. And, for you, it’s your first. I’m gonna miss you, man.”
“And, you know, it does suck,” Stanley said, reflecting on the moment.
New Life in Florida
Stanley revealed he’s now living solo in Florida:
“I bought an apartment here last year that I never talked about… It’s my first time living alone… And I kind of love it.”
Single — and Staying That Way (For Now)
He’s not looking to jump into another relationship just yet:
“I want to spend some more time just being single… But, hey, you never know!”
Stanley also mentioned he recently turned 25 and jokingly referred to it as his “quarter life crisis.”
‘Twink Death’ & Troye Sivan Comparisons
Touching on online chatter about his so-called “twink death,” Stanley responded humorously:
“Some people were saying that my twink death is officially here because I’m 25… I kind of killed my twink, but also, I still can go twink mode sometimes.”
He added:
“I mean, how old is Troye Sivan? And he’s still the twink crown. If he can do it, so can I.”
What’s Next for StanChris
Stanley confirmed that more content is on the way across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and OnlyFans.
“I had 3 months to think of video ideas… specifically some [ideas] that I can do now that I’m single.”
