Gay Adult Performer Christian Styles Dies Aged 29

Gay adult performer and online creator Christian Styles has died suddenly at the age of 29.

Styles, whose legal name was Zachary Christian Jaghab, died on 20 August 2026, according to an obituary published by his family.

The cause of his death has not been made public.

Jaghab had built a significant following through his work as Christian Styles, becoming a familiar name within gay adult entertainment and online creator communities.

But in announcing his death, his family remembered him first as a much-loved son, brother, uncle and friend.

“Zachary Christian Jaghab, cherished son of Johnny and Ellen Jaghab; beloved brother of Tonya (Joseph) Faris and Jacob Jaghab; and adored uncle of Sid Faris, Vanessa Faris, and Paul Faris,” the obituary reads.

He is also survived by extended family and close friends.

Family And Friends Prepare To Say Goodbye

Funeral services are scheduled for 25 August at the Basilica of St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church in Livonia, Michigan.

A visitation will be followed by a funeral service, with burial taking place afterwards at Glen Eden Memorial Park.

His family has also established a fundraising campaign to help cover funeral and burial expenses.

The fundraiser describes the loss as sudden and devastating for his family, while noting that his parents are also dealing with serious health challenges of their own.

For those who knew Jaghab personally, the grief extends far beyond the online persona through which many fans discovered him.

The public knew Christian Styles.

His family knew Zachary.

Building A Major Online Following

Styles began working in adult entertainment and online content creation in the early 2020s and quickly developed a substantial audience.

He became particularly prominent on social media, where his following reportedly exceeded one million across platforms during his career.

His work also extended to subscription-based creator platforms such as OnlyFans, part of a wider shift that has allowed adult performers to build direct relationships with audiences and exercise greater control over their work.

That visibility made Styles one of a growing generation of performers whose careers existed across both traditional adult entertainment and independent online content creation.

GayVN Recognition

Styles’ work was recognised by fans at the 2023 GayVN Awards.

Alongside fellow performer Chris Damned, he won the fan-voted Favourite All-Male Creator Collab award.

The GayVN Awards are among the best-known honours within gay adult entertainment, with both industry-selected and fan-voted categories recognising performers, creators and productions.

For Styles, the win reflected the significant audience he had built within a comparatively short period.

Tributes following his death have also highlighted the friendships and connections he developed within the adult entertainment community.

Remembering Sex Workers As Whole People

Deaths within the adult entertainment industry can sometimes be reported in ways that reduce performers entirely to their work.

Jaghab’s family announcement offers an important reminder that behind the stage name was a person with parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Sex workers and adult performers remain vulnerable to stigma, including after death.

That stigma can make respectful reporting especially important.

Styles’ work was part of his life and public identity, but it was not the totality of who he was.

To his family, he was Zachary — a son, brother and uncle whose death at just 29 has left the people closest to him grieving.

No Cause Of Death Has Been Announced

Jaghab’s family has not publicly disclosed what caused his death.

The Wayne County Medical Examiner has acknowledged the death but has not released a cause or manner.

In the absence of confirmed information, speculation circulating online should not be treated as fact.

For now, what is known is that a young man whose work connected him with a large international audience has died unexpectedly, leaving behind family, friends, colleagues and fans.
