There has been much excitement in Remuera as Deborah Chait (founder of Zarbo) and her baker husband Andy Tse have opened 4&20 Bread and Sandwiches, a bakery making proper European bread.

They only use organic flour, sea salt and filtered water in their loaves and everything is made from scratch on site. But it’s not just bread – kick ass sandwiches and gorgeous pastries are also on offer. Your bathrooms scales have been warned!
