This year’s Rainbow New Zealand Charitable Trust Annual Auction had a very different feel. Out with the sit down three-course dinner and in with a fresh new cocktail party atmosphere at a new glamorous venue, Northcote’s The Wharf.
The waterside location, that is arched by the Harbour Bridge with the city facing you, provided a dramatic backdrop for the festivities that included an auction, Brazilian dancers and inspiring sermon from guest of honour Georgina Beyer MNZM.
Special mention should go to the fantastic live band Sugar Town who provided a setlist as camp as Christmas and a brilliant party atmosphere. Roll on next year!
