Pride has today confirmed that Richard Taki will not return to direct 2016’s pride parade.
Mr Taki who directed 2014 and 2015’s parade won’t be returning for a third stint as parade director Auckland Pride has confirmed.
Auckland Pride has put out a release asking for expressions of interest to fill the now vacant position.

Next year’s pride parade down Ponsonby road is scheduled to be held on the 20th of February.
Those seeking to apply for the new position have until the 11th of September to send in their expressions of interest to info@aucklandpridefestival.org.nz. The deadline for applications is 5.00pm, 11 September.
