‘A free seminar explaining the practical, legal, financial and medical information regarding surrogacy is returning to Auckland.
The event is put on by Oregon Reproductive Medicine (ORM) who specialise in surrogacy, egg and embryo donation and Repromed fertility clinics which offer IVF, donor services and surrogacy; and will be held on Sunday 11 November from 4 – 6pm at the Grey Lynn Community Centre – Garden Room, 510 Richmond Rd, Grey Lynn.
Speakers include New Zealand family law expert Margaret Casey QC, who is the leading New Zealand expert on domestic and international surrogacy cases. Casey has helped New Zealand clients with immigration and adoption issues and has been involved in helping clients secure parentage of their surrogate-born children.
The evening will be chaired by Repromed’s Medic Director Dr Guy Gudex.
Attendees will also hear from Craig Reisser ORM‘s Global Programs Director who himself is a father through donor egg surrogacy, Repromed’s experienced fertility counsellors Helen Nicholson and Lani Eagle, and family law expert Margaret Casey QC.
ORM has an almost 30-year history working in the surrogacy sector worldwide and have experience with helping LGBT+ couples and individuals become parents.
